Essential Qualifications Certificate III, or Working towards Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent).
A current Blue card or ability to obtain one.
First Aid Certificate.
Skills and Attributes: Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children.
Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.
Capability to design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.
Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.
Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families and individual children's needs.
Previous experience as an Inclusion Support Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant or similar.
