Job DescriptionEarly Childhood Coordinator Are you a new graduate social worker, developmental educator or an experienced Early Childhood Educator wanting to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting families and their children with developmental concerns, delays or disabilities? Are you interested in developing your skills in working within a best practice early childhood approach? Do you currently work within the field of disability, as a NDIS Support Coordinator or have relevant experience working or supporting people with disability?
In this role, you'll work closely with families and children, supporting them by assessing their child's needs as well as supporting families to access mainstream and NDIS funded supports. You'll have the opportunity to build your professional expertise, gain recognition as an expert related to the NDIS and make a real difference in the lives of children and families in the community. This role may involve a mixture of face-to-face meetings with families, phone-based support and office-based administrative tasks.
Desired Skills and ExperienceAn ideal candidate will have: An equivalent or recognised degree in Social Work, Developmental Education, including new graduates or a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education.Experience working with, or personally supporting children with developmental delays and a passion to develop this experience further at Kudos.Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.Experience with using the Microsoft Suite of products alongside the ability to learn other IT systems.An ability to communicate both effectively and empathetically to a range of internal and external stakeholders.We offer: A generous base salary and salary packaging.All training provided.A truly supportive and welcoming environment.Career progression opportunities within Kudos.Location: There are multiple roles available located at our Unley office, with travel to provide support across the metropolitan Adelaide as required.
