THE ROLE You will be responsible to maintain the running of your director's office in their absence, taking the directors calls is our priority, coupled with the continuous management of daily correspondence and researching competitor and industry information.
Working to policy and processes within the business, you will ensure the director is prepared for all client meetings, diary management is coordinated to the time and date for all appointments and conferences.
Ensure director has all relevant presentations, documentation and meeting Itineraries for each client.
Ensure the coordination and flow of correspondence is actioned and escalated where necessary.
Any travel responsibilities including payments, reconciliations and costing to the business and jobs.
Produce presentations and documents for senior meetings, often working with highly confidential information.
Prepare and distribute all documentation for statutory meetings.
Ensure meeting rooms are booked and prepared with appropriate, tools for relevant attendees.
Process corporate expenses for direct line managers.
Coordinate and maintain all social media platforms ensure the business is gaining proper traction within the building and construction arena and marrying this information into bids and tenders, THE ESSENTIALS 4+ years in a similar position is required for this role.
Experience working with a marketing or sales team, where you are paramount in development the implementation of new social mediate strategies for the business.
You will have proven communication skills and show an ability to manage time efficiently work pro-actively and prioritise workloads.
You must have supported management at a senior administrative level.
