Job Description The Role The Learning & Development team is a mix of experience and fresh eyes, and we are excited to bring in a resource to help us grow. As an E-Learning Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and interactive e-learning content. From instructional design to multimedia integration, you'll collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and objectives. Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations. Ensure e-learning content is accessible, responsive, and optimised for various devices. Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any technical issues. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in e-learning development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in e-learning development, including instructional design principles, multimedia content creation, and LMS integration. Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
