Reporting to the Head of Digital, the role entails, but not limited to:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple Shopify Plus e-commerce websites.Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and boost customer engagement.Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing and social media strategies to maximize reach and ROI.Collaborate with developers to build/launch new websites, optimise functionality of existing sites, enhance user experience (UX), and site performance.Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends.Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, focusing on usability, personalization, performance and customer satisfaction.Create dashboards and reports for senior management, highlighting KPIs, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis.Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of eCommerce innovation.What are we looking for:Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce.Strong hands-on experience (5+ years) and in-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, including customisation, apps, and integrations. Proficiency in Google Analytics.Experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform or similar. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
