There's still a lot of work ahead of us, so we're always on the lookout for creative, resourceful, and resilient people that can quickly learn new skills andadapt on the fly.The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and strategic eCommerce Manager (6 month fixed-term contract) to take a lead role in planning and activating our customer campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Loyalty teams to drive a customer-led strategy, ensuring brand consistency, amplification, and engagement throughout the customer journey.Working with the broader Retail, Marketplace and Marketing teams to lead the trade and customer plan across owned channels. You will work with stakeholders to deliver a customer-led eCommerce plan to deliver key business and customer metrics while supporting our brand Identity consistently across our web and App environments.What you'll be doingCampaign strategy and planningCampaign and Trading planning: annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans that align line with customer and market trends, merchandising principles whilst delivering business' commercial objectives.Ownership of on-site strategy principles including, driving cross-/up-sell to increase UPT and AOV, with the responsibility to develop a team to analyse the impact and optimise for commercial and customer goals.Develop and implement customer-centric campaigns that align with overall business goals and enhances the customer experience.Work closely with Marketing and Loyalty teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution of campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.Analyse and optimize the customer journey to identify opportunities for engagement and conversion at each stage.Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.Develop strategies to amplify the brand through innovative and engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Create and implement initiatives to boost customer engagement and loyalty, leveraging insights from customer data.Campaign Merchandising Operations and SupportLead smooth, efficient and effective Campaign go-to-market to ensure maximum conversion and ROI.Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Marketplace departments to drive sales on Catch that are supported by a data-centric strategy and results analysis.Collaborate cross-functionally to align and plan merchandising and promotional campaigns across Catch.Work closely with marketing departments such as CRM Social, Creative and PR to ensure the merchandising is executed within our guidelines and optimised for conversion.AnalyticsBecome the voice of the customer within your specialisation using competitor research as well as Catch and Wesfarmers customer insights to understand customer value.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Use data to identify trending products, sales forecasts, and product selectionOwnership of on-site search, with the responsibility to analyse usage, disseminate insight to the wider team and optimise.Manage and analyse weekly and monthly reporting on key web performance metrics, providing actionable insight on customer patterns and behaviours to learn, improve, and achieve team and business OKRs and improve marketing tactics.Manage reporting to understand over and underperforming product/ pages/ categories.Team DevelopmentLead a small team of eCommerce specialist(s), to own and trade specific focus areas on the Catch website, drive sales growth, and successfully meet ongoing customer and business goals.Coach and guide merchandising team on executing campaigns, reporting and analysis and business acumen.Identify, acquire, and grow talent as well as develop high performing teamsThe skills you'll haveBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or customer campaign management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and short time frames consistently.Strong communication, Influencing and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong technical ability to understand new systems and processes, and to use them effectively within daily work.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing software.Why join the Catch team?There's never been a more exciting time to join the Catch Team!!Its a fun, challenging and uniquely different place to work and on top of that we offer a range of benefits including:Flexibility that works for you.
