What your day-to-day looks like: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies that align with our company's sales objectives, to increase online visibility and engagement as well as drive online sales across multiple platforms.Oversee the creation of digital campaigns, including coordination with creative teams on artwork, copywriting and media production, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.Formulate and execute targeted marketing objectives and initiatives, optimising Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach, impact & conversions.Provide expert advice on marketing strategies to senior management to effectively reach target markets and elevate brand awareness.Use analytical and digital marketing tools to analyse consumer behaviour, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Manage and optimise the organisation's e-Commerce website and presence, including content management and strategy, search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience to improve performance metrics.Forecast market trends by researching consumer demand and market characteristics for both existing products and potential new offerings.Communicate with our sales and production teams to align strategies and optimise business efficiency.Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the e-Commerce/Marketing department.Set specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.Qualification & Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing and E-Commerce role.Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.Proficient with obtaining relevant data to make decisions based on statistics.Hands-on experience with marketing tools and channels.Experience in performance & web development, web design and web analysis.Solid experience across Digital marketing and email strategy.Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre & Klaviyo.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools.Knowledge of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales flow optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge and understanding of Technical SEO and On-page SEO Optimisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in Gym & Fitness Industry Retail is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
