With our company going through a transformation phase, the ECommerce Coordinator will be pivotal in helping take our results to the next level by driving Ecommerce revenue and utilising your expertise in content, product, and promotional management.
As the ECommerce Coordinator, you will help create and implement strategies to drive online sales.
You will manage, develop, and execute ECommerce plans and ensure that key products are well represented across various platforms.
Responsibilities include: Manage and maintain our presence on various online marketplaces, including Kogan, eBay, Catch of the Day, Bunnings, Qantas, Westfield, Amazon, and others.Optimise product listings, ensuring accurate, consistent, and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.Accelerate the listing of new products with comprehensive and precise information for our channel partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the implementation of ECommerce pricing strategy.Manage commercial contracts and negotiate with e-retailers to ensure strategic alliances will deliver best outcomes.Develop and implement ECommerce sales strategies.Introduce products (submissions) to identified customers in partnership with Product Managers.Drive the automation between Multimedia and the customer.Utilise EDI/Datafeed to ensure pricing is updated live, EOL products quickly identified, and ensure stock turn from key e-commerce partners.Manage customer rebate expectations and collaborate with vendors to ensure rebates are back-to-back where possible.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for product expansion.Work with the Marketing Manager to drive engagement through Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, and Google Analytics.About you: To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
