Job Description:

As an E-commerce Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of digital retail innovation, playing a crucial role in the company's aggressive growth strategy.
You'll manage key operational tasks across multiple Shopify stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the company's expansion.
This role offers unparalleled exposure to various aspects of e-commerce, from product management to customer service, providing a launchpad for your career in digital retail.
You'll work with state-of-the-art e-commerce technologies, gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment, and see the direct impact of your work on business success.

Job Highlights:

• Permanent work from home

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm AEST

Responsibilities :

• Craft compelling product descriptions for multiple Shopify stores, enhancing online visibility and sales

• Perform basic image editing to create visually appealing product displays

• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries via email with professionalism and efficiency

• Maintain accurate order tracking, cross-checking details to ensure customer satisfaction

• Implement and follow established processes across multiple stores, utilizing provided training materials

• Contribute to the optimization of e-commerce operations as the business scales

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify platform and e-commerce operations

• Basic image editing skills to enhance product presentations

• Excellent written communication skills in English for crafting engaging product descriptions

• Strong multitasking abilities to manage operations across multiple online stores

• Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and order processing

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Adaptability to handle diverse product categories and changing business needs

• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding business
