As a CRM Specialist, you'll play a critical role in improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities Implement best practices to optimize CRM operations and enhance user experience.
Oversee the rollout of Dynamics 365 to new teams, including comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Ensure data integrity and maintain system performance through regular updates and maintenance.
Deliver user support, troubleshooting, and engaging training sessions.
Create and manage customer segmentation using behavioural and demographic data.
Leverage insights from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 within large organizations.
Proficiency in Power BI and its integration with Dynamics 365.
Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills and a passion for system enhancements.
Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is highly regarded.
