RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements. RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner. CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue. Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
