How You'll Shine As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel, overseeing daily activities, and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your duties will encompass welcoming and registering owners and guests, furnishing details regarding local area attractions, handling administrative tasks, and adeptly addressing any guest concerns that may surface.
You will also be responsible for building, developing, training and leading a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service.

What You'll Bring To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level either as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager (3 years)Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferredExcellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listeningDetail focused with an organised approach and ability to multitaskPositive attitude, vibrant and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectationsExceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressureStrong negotiation and problem solving skillsBookkeeping /finance experience is highly regardedImmaculate presentation and grooming standardsAbility to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periodsHaving you own car/vehicle will be necessary due to this being a more remote location Where Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
