About the Role We're on the hunt for a driven Duty Manager to lead the daily operations of this high-energy pub.
You'll oversee a dedicated team, maintain excellent service standards, and ensure the smooth running of this dynamic venue.
If you're passionate about hospitality and ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming operations Excellent problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure Current RSA, RMLV, and Approved Manager Certification (or ability to obtain) Your Benefits and Rewards Competitive salary of $75k + Super Work in a friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for career progression within the hospitality industry Staff discounts on meals and beverages Enjoy a vibrant lifestyle in Proserpine, close to the Whitsundays!
