The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing busy pub environments, a deep understanding of POS and Tab Keno systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery Managing and motivating a high-performing team Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere Controlling costs and maximizing revenue Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws and regulations Providing exceptional customer service Effectively utilizing POS and Tab Keno systems Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a pub or hospitality setting Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of liquor licensing laws and regulations Proficiency in POS and Tab Keno systems Immaculate presentation and attention to detail RSA, RCG, ARCG What we offer:
