WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

This role is responsible for performing various administrative and supportive services and fostering a safe, secure and healthy living environment. This position will see you doing various tasks which include lockouts, building walks, updating information throughout the Lodges and being available to residents as required.
Represent as after-hours management, taking full responsibility of the building operationsAct as a "Mentor" to residents and form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information and welfareBe an active member of the emergency response team during shift timesAssist with after-hours check in's and any customer service enquiry as requiredMaintaining a full and detailed log of all incidents and call-outs throughout each shiftComplete all back or front-office duties as handed over by the day teamPerform perimeter checks, manage in-house quiet hours, attend to emergencies and lockoutsEnsure the safety, security and smooth running of all other property operations in the absence of Senior ManagementWHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a casual Duty Manager who will oversee out of business hours operations ensuring residents receive a consistent and exceptional experience.Ideally, you will need to have experience providing hands-on operational security and incident management in a residential setting. If you have previous experience with StarRez Property Maangement and love living nocturnally and thrive off working a night time roster, we want to hear from you!

Our mandatory requirements include: National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)Working with Children's/Vulnerable People's CheckUnrestricted work rights in Australia and New ZealandAPPLY NOW
