Duty Manager

We are in search of an enthusiastic Duty Manager to support our team and vendors on Friday and Saturday evenings.
What You'll Do: Oversee the market's cleanliness and ensure high standards are maintained Respond to and manage any emergencies that arise Assist Cleaner in keeping dining tables and bar areas clean Assist with guest enquiries (i.e., lost property, general information) Assist with venue closing duties including emptying bins, bringing in furniture and signage, and securing doors Support bar staff in ensuring drinks stay within the licensed area Patrol closed sections of the market to ensure security What We're Looking For: Experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or tourism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse customers and stakeholders Hands-on approach and a passion for community engagement Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings. A minimum of 9 hours per week; Friday & Saturday nights required.
