Our market is a unique space where visitors can connect directly with the creators behind the products, experiencing WA-made goods and flavours in a lively, creative environment.We are in search of an enthusiastic Duty Manager to support our team and vendors on Friday and Saturday evenings.What You'll Do:Oversee the market's cleanliness and ensure high standards are maintainedRespond to and manage any emergencies that ariseAssist Cleaner in keeping dining tables and bar areas cleanAssist with guest enquiries (i.e., lost property, general information)Assist with venue closing duties including emptying bins, bringing in furniture and signage, and securing doorsSupport bar staff in ensuring drinks stay within the licensed areaPatrol closed sections of the market to ensure securityWhat We're Looking For:Experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, or tourismAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse customers and stakeholdersHands-on approach and a passion for community engagementFlexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
