Duty Manager

Cable Beach House is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Duty Managers.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate: Sound knowledge and previous experience in food and beverage service. Excellent customer service. Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control, etc). Experience in training and coaching other employees. Exceptional leadership qualities, hard-working, reliable, and a flexible attitude as a team player. Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work together with other departments. Thrive under pressure and in a busy environment. Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA. Who we are looking for:
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
