The Flagstaff Hotel is seeking dynamic and motivated hospitality employees supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the bars and gaming room.
This includes monitoring service standards in all departments, dealing with any patrons or staffing issues whilst on duty, as well as ensuring appropriate hotel policies and procedures are followed.
A family-friendly hotel where punters can enjoy a drink and bite to eat in the sports bar, garden, or bistro where great service and a relaxed atmosphere make everyone feel at home.
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and motivated person to fill this full-time position.
You will be required to be flexible for both day and night shifts, and be available on weekends.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate: Supervising staff Monitoring gaming operations for the venue Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices Day-to-day operations of a busy hotel Solid cash handling proficiency Strong work ethic and attention to detail Experience/Knowledge with gaming machines & systems A customer-first approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years experience Current South Australian RSA & RSG Certificates TAB & Lotteries Basics First Aid certificate Your application will include the following questions:
