We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead our team and locations to new heights, delivering great experiences to valued customers. The successful candidate will oversee all activities at our rental location, ensuring smooth and profitable operations with satisfied customers and employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for the vehicle service operation, including the wash bay, shuttle drivers, and valet staff. Key responsibilities include:
Leading, managing, and coaching staff to foster a harmonious team environmentEnsuring vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition, and roadworthinessEnsuring returned vehicles are checked for body damage and reporting where necessaryManaging fuel deliveries in accordance with company procedures and relevant health and safety procedures and legislationEnsuring adequate materials are maintained to meet operating and safety requirementsParticipating in the interview and selection process for new staffBeing flexible to work a seven-day rotating rosterPreparing staff rosters and processing weekly payroll dataPreparing daily and weekly reportsHaving a working knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and promoting a safe work environmentThe successful candidate will have:
