Responsibilities:

Be a proud ambassador for the Holiday Inn Express brand.
Organize schedules, plan activities, and delegate tasks effectively.
Lead hotel emergency procedures and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
Communicate clearly and adaptably with a diverse range of guests and staff.
Collaborate with teams to find solutions and support business growth.
Cover night shifts and complete night audit requirements.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role, including night audit.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on results.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Professional demeanor with a can-do attitude.
Sound judgment and calm decision-making under pressure.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience required.
First Aid and RSA Certificates are necessary.
Must meet legal requirements to work in Australia.
