Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration, banking, training and more.
Experience working as an Duty Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in some of Sydney's most reputable fast paced restaurants or venues will set you up for success.
