JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead, motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment Create productivity targets to reduce costs, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service Develop, implement, and review operations policies and procedures Recruit, train and performance manage employees Oversee budgeting, planning and auditing Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale Work closely with the safety team to ensure site activities remain compliant Monitor compliance with laws and regulations Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions Oversee the accounting department to manage spending and revenue growth Work with the directors and plan for short and long-term goals QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years experience in management, operations, and leadership Prior knowledge or experience in the concrete, civil, or construction industry is considered highly advantageous Proactive leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities to produce the highest level of results Knowledge of site OH&S requirements Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a rolled-up sleeves approach Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,525.83 – $100,000.00 per year
