Join our dedicated team as a Dual Diagnosis Clinician, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives. In this dynamic position, you'll engage with individuals and families facing the complexities of co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders. Embracing the Housing First principles, you'll provide integrated support, ensuring clients have a seamless experience without being shuffled between services.
You'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments and delivering tailored interventions that promote recovery and resilience. With access to ongoing professional development and clinical supervision, you'll thrive in an environment that values growth and innovation.
Minimum Responsibilities: Engage with clients facing co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders. Provide integrated support according to Housing First principles. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct assessments and deliver tailored interventions. Ensure clients have a seamless experience across services.
