We are primary producers with a sustainably managed vineyard and farm and an acclaimed wine and food tourism offer.
We are looking for a talented, creative and motivated person with proven Wine Sales and Marketing experience to join our team and tell our stories to wine + food enthusiasts.

About the role
The successful applicant will work with our team across all retail wine sales and operations.
Use your creative flair to promote and engage new visitors and nurture our existing brand supporters, some of whom have been with us for nearly 30 years.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving sales and memberships for our wine club, cellar door, e-commerce and offsite events.
Working with our marketing team to increase visitation and maintain the Margan experience across our onsite and offsite offers and promotions.
High level of planning and organisational skills with an ability to think creatively and strategically.
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service, internally and externally.
Initiative, flexibility and the ability to motivate and train a team and produce results.
What we need:
Previous proven experience working in a similar sales and marketing role.
Sound wine knowledge or prior experience in the wine industry.
