Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for production and other associated supply chain duties as per Air Liquide policies, Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Australian standards for the safe supply of gases to customers.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Fulfill direct production requirements to maintain sufficient cylinder stock levels as per policies and customer needs. Load/unload cylinder trucks via forklift and at times by hand.
A current Australian high-risk work licence (Forklift) or relevant forklift licence is a requirement for this role. Organise cylinders of gas for distribution and re-fill within the facility. Collect empty cylinders with forklift and place them in the high-pressure area for filling. Fill cylinders utilising a computerised (automatic) system. Mark/prepare filled cylinders ready for distribution. Receive and dispatch both primary and secondary product orders throughout the region and intra-company sites. Load/unload delivery vehicles in accordance with load restraint regulations and Air Liquide procedures. Ensure product quality by performing analysis checks as per DSOPs and product recipes. Manufacture dry ice per consumer requests and distribution. Test cylinders in compliance with Australian standards. Maintain appropriate records of all cylinders tested. Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 4am-12pm plus overtime available. Are you a MATCH? Forklift licence. Ability to manage personal efficiency and competing priorities. Knowledge of process operations and mechanical equipment. Ability to interpret & understand procedures for filling activities. Absolute commitment to safety. Customer service skills.
