About the RoleThe Hub Adoption Coordinator assists the Hub Director in managing daily operations, fulfilling governance commitments, and developing initiatives related to drought resilience.This role requires strong negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills to ensure operational effectiveness and foster engagement across diverse partners and stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include: Be the initial point of contact for the Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub.Build and maintain effective links with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure that Hub Management, adoption objectives, and reporting requirements are met.Understand UoM governance frameworks including process ownership between Hub, Faculty and Shared Services to ensure smooth functioning of Hub and delivery of expected deliverables.Drafting, production and distribution of reports and other promotional documents as required.Who We Are Looking ForYou will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to build effective relationships, especially between institutions involved in the Hub, and demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.Additionally, you will work autonomously with considerable independence, guided by judicious consultation.You will also have: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification and/or extensive experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation.Demonstrated experience in effective strategic planning, and timely delivery of responsibilities with a key emphasis on administration and reporting in complex projects.Demonstrated leadership and effective human and physical resource management including experience in relation to operational management of similar projects.High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgement and initiative.For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the
