About the role As the Driver Technician for Medequip Assistive Technologies you will be delivering and installing health related products. This is not just a delivery and installation role, you will be pivotal in providing life enhancing equipment, a second to none customer service experience and assurance that Medequip are a trusted and reliable organisation.
This role will require you to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business as well as being able to participate in an emergency on-call rota.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Driving to customer's homes, acting in a respectful, polite and approachable manorDelivering, collecting, installing and repairing healthcare equipmentDemonstrating the use and functionality of the equipment to our customersDelivering exceptional customer facing service with care, empathy, integrity and kindnessBasic DIY tasksBe flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business.Participate in an emergency on-call rota.Enhancing the lives of our customers by providing medical and care equipment and a first-class service with every home visit.About you Above all, you will identify and align with our company values:
