Responsibilities:Always be courteous and helpful to World Courier customers and consigneesPick up and deliver goods as requestedEnsure required paperwork is completed by customer/consigneeUse initiative and anticipate problems that may occur with deliveriesKeep Dispatch Officer informed of progress of deliveries and any delaysDrive safely and take care of company vehiclesMake up boxes for shipments as requiredMonitor packaging materials and advise Operations Supervisor when stock is running lowBe prepared to work overtime during busy timesAirport duties as directed (including import and export)Maintain abundant stock of packaging materials and labelsReports Directly To:Dispatch Supervisor
