We look forward to welcoming you to our team!WORK SITE: BinduliROSTER: 2:1 Day & Night - 12hrs (Residential or FIFO)PACKAGE: Salary + Performance Bonus + Residential Allowance + Site Allowance + Family Private Health Insurance or Allowance + Death and TPD Coverage or Allowance + Mental Health Programs + Gym Membership Discount + Other BenefitsWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGConduct regular inspections of drill rigs and work areas to identify hazards, damage, and defects.Diagnose faults and breakdowns within the drill rig fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Complete scheduled maintenance and servicing tasks on drill rigs to maintain operational efficiency.Estimate time and materials for repairs, ordering necessary parts promptly.Ensure all tools and equipment are regularly inspected and in good working order.Manage maintenance costs effectively, avoiding rework and unnecessary expenses.Actively communicate with your supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and team collaboration.Continuously seek improvement opportunities within your daily tasks and contribute to overall operational enhancements.ABOUT YOUCurrent, unrestricted Western Australian Class "C" Driver's Licence (Essential).Previous experience in an Open-Pit/Cut mining environment (Desirable).Good understanding of the following machines:Altlas T45, L7 Blast hole drill rigs, DR65BENEFITSPermanent full-time role with an immediate start.Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO.Receive up to $5k site allowance per annum, depending on your site location.Receive up to 10% short-term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary.A fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $5k.A fully covered Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance or allowance up to $2.4k.Pro-rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.Work with a team that prioritises safety.WHY NORTON GOLD FIELDS?Norton Gold Fields is one of Australia's largest domestic gold producers, with a recent annual production of up to 200,000 ounces.
