We lead the way in providing solutions to sludge and sediment challenges across municipal, marine, mining and industrial sites of all shapes and sizes.About The RoleWe are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced cutter suction / auger suction dredge operators to join our dynamic, highly motivated team where safety is as important as production.The roster-based role is largely west coast centric with the opportunity to work wider afield on different dredge combinations.Responsibilities include:Operation of auger suction dredges on mining projects.Liaison with clients and internal stakeholders.Supporting our wider team on both mining and municipal projects as required.Ensuring efficient operation of dredges to maximise production whilst maintaining a safe work environment.Carrying out duties in line with our WHS policies and procedures.About YouMinimum 2 years practical dredging experience.Ability and willingness to travel to site.Sufficient internet access and computer skills to complete online inductions.Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening when required for specific projects.Willingness to get appropriate vaccinations for work on wastewater treatment sites.Only those applicants with the unrestricted right to work in Australia will be considered.All resumes will be treated with strict confidence.
