Our Hollywell Road store in Biggera Waters is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working leader to assist in leading the store's fruit & veg department.
Reporting directly to the Fruit & Veg Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and much more!
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs Accurate team rostering Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands-on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
