Draftsperson - Archicad

Our client is a highly regarded brand within the residential building industry. Due to an upswing in growth, they are now recruiting for an additional Draftsperson to join their established team of professionals, based on the Gold Coast. You will be professionally competent in the use of ArchiCAD and have junior/intermediate level drafting experience gained within a residential construction company. Any experience with Investor homes will be highly regarded. You will be accurate, have an eye for detail and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide Contract Drawings & Construction Drawings within allocated time frames.Produce/maintain standardized master drawings & structural designs.Detailed analysis of all prelim information to produce accurate sittings.Produce accurate contract plans, specifications including drainage designs.Support Sales, Estimating & Drafting where needed.Liaising with clients, Supervisors, Councils, etc.This is your opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an employer that provides pathways for skills and career growth.
