Jobs – Drafts person, Welder / Fabricator About the company : We are a one-stop fabrication shop that specializes in light to medium fabrication and welding.
We have a vast range of equipment, including laser, waterjet, plasma cutters, bending forming and pressing, MIG/MAG, and TIG, to name a few.
Location : Mackay, QLD Work type : Full-Time Drafts person – Hourly Rate $30 – $40/hr Fabricator / Welder – Hourly Rate $45 – $50/hr Welder / Fabricator – Annual Salary $80,000 to $105,000 Tasks & responsibilities : Drafts person – Drawing items on drafting software, quoting jobs, programming laser cutting and waterjet profile cutting machines, general administration.
Fabricator / Welder – Interpret technical drawings and fabricate from profiled cut plates.
Welder / Fabricator – Reading drawings and fabricating from supplied precut steel.
Qualifications & experience : Drafts person – An engineering background would be desirable.
Required Language Skills : Drafts person – Strong English.
Fabricator / Welder – Basic English a must.
