Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, the Drafting Manager will oversee the drafting team across our Easystart, New Generation, and Summit Homes brands.
In conjunction with the team leader, you will have a key focus on managing workflows to meet KPI's while driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will maintain close oversight of all production drawings, ensuring smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about leading teams to success and contributing to the company's future growth.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in a similar position, with a solid background in leading teams within the residential construction industry.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and strong drafting techniques is essential, along with excellent time management skills to manage schedules and meet deadlines efficiently.We are looking for a leader with a strong commitment to developing people and enhancing efficiencies, driving continuous improvement across teams and processes.
A passion for residential construction and design is essential, as is the ability to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will work closely with team members and other internal/external stakeholders.
