We currently have an opportunity for a People & Culture Delivery Partner to join our team in Adelaide.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager and based at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and our office in Underdale, you will support and contribute to the success of Social Infrastructure - which includes Health and Education, Government and IFM and Defence - with general day-to-day operations, projects and cyclical people & culture events.
The People & Culture Delivery Partner plays a critical role in driving People & Culture initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for the allocated stakeholder group.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters across the contracts within the portfolio Deliver on people programs either within SA and WA Undertake People & Culture project work in support of business strategies and plans Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards What you'll bring
Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable) Coaching and developing managers Delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events (e.g.
performance, remuneration, talent) Facilitating training (desirable) Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulations Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit and our clients.
