The Office of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) is responsible for building long-term mutually beneficial relationships to achieve philanthropic, partnership and sponsorship outcomes from the communities and industries that the University serves.
The Trust and Foundations Coordinator (Development) role will build and strengthen relationships with key grant, trust, and foundation donors. It will ensure collaboration between internal and external stakeholders during the planning, grant writing, and acquittal processes, and support School-based fundraising for priority projects.
This role is a key member of the Development team, responsible for maintaining relationships with donors and partners to ensure they see the value and impact of their support. The environment is fast paced, and meaningful. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, high-energy team as ECU enters an exciting and transformational phase, including the opening of Western Australia's first comprehensive city university campus.
Essential criteria:
Proven experience in managing donor relationships, ideally with grants, trust and foundations or similar sales or business development position. Building rapport and forming positive working relationships with all internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with colleagues across multiple teams whilst coordinating multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will primarily be based at the Joondalup campus however you may be required to work from other locations from time to time.

This full time, fixed term position attracts a salary of $92,087 to $99,353 p.a plus 17% university superannuation contribution.
