This Not-for-profit organisation is dedicated in creating positive change from the impact Cancer. By raising awareness, providing support, driving research, and advocating for those affected by Cancer, they are leading the charge in the fight against this prevalent disease

ROLE

In this role, you'll be the friendly face and professional voice representing our organisation, ensuring our donors and supporters receive outstanding service and stewardship.

You'll manage day-to-day operations and be the central contact for donor-related inquiries, general support, and office coordination.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a vital role in both front-line donor care and behind-the-scenes operations, making sure our programs run smoothly and our supporters feel valued.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Care & Community Engagement: Be the first point of contact for donations, inquiries, and program information, and ensure exceptional service and gratitude through thank-you calls and cards. Office Management: Oversee daily workflow, handle office inventory, mail processing, and volunteer coordination. Data & Relationship Management: Maintain donor records in Salesforce, process donations, issue receipts, and support campaign initiatives like Bowel Cancer Awareness Month. Executive Support: Assist the CEO and senior team members with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. REQUIREMENTS:  Proven high level admin support (Minimum 2 to 3 years)  Demonstrated clients/customer support experience in a Not-for-profit or Member based organisation Not-For-Profit or Healthcare related organisation experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. A calm, resilient approach and attention to detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Confidence with technology, including Salesforce, Shopify, and Microsoft Office (or a willingness to learn). A 'can-do' attitude, ready to jump in and support a small, collaborative team.
