The role We are currently looking for several experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants to join our team in Busselton.
We have multiple permanent part-time roles available, offering flexible working hours, with contracts ranging from 20 - 30 hours per week.. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Our Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home such as prescribed within the care/support plan enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible.
Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks incl.
making their beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community.
Domestic Assistants will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.
About you 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
