About the role...
Reporting to the Enterprise Domain Architect, this is a fabulous opportunity to lead, co-ordinate, manage, monitor and govern portfolio of architecture & design work in partnership within the Digital business unit at EnergyAustralia.
The role will provide thought leadership, and strategic consultation to develop, sequence and implement capability based on technology blueprints that deliver a cost-effective target business state and optimised business value delivery.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and orchestrate all application & information solution architecture activities and deliverables to meet the demands and expectations of EnergyAustralia's Digital Department Develop a deep understanding of business current state and desired future state and communicates with business stakeholders on technology solutions in a business context Manage the architectural impacts of business change Recommend solutions that improve cost effectiveness and flexibility of the portfolio Reviews, provides analysis, position and response to technical papers as requested by Head of Architecture or Enterprise Architects Actively contributes to the architecture BAU work Provides expert guidance and insight to delivery teams Be Impactful when you are applying...
This role will be instrumental to deliver our technology solution roadmap by utilising your experience and skills in the following areas;
Demonstrated experience with solution architecture construction and management across multiple domains in a similar sized organization Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline, or relevant experience Ability to take a set of requirements and turn them into a full-fledged architecture and design that is the blueprint of a successful solution A software engineering mindset with experience in development and delivery of architecture, specifically across business systems and processes, applications and/or information and data technology domains Experience solutioning digital applications, customer accounts etc Experience working with AWS & Azure cloud platforms Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capability with the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes for various stakeholder groups.
Highly collaborative, consultative and ability to work across cross-functional teams Experience working within Agile or DevOps environments is beneficial How to Apply:
