Job DescriptionDevelop effective, professional and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.Ensure all documentation is stored and maintained in accordance with required and appropriate standards, procedures, security, and governance.Support the coordination of project activities, managing schedules, time-sheets, assignments, action plans, risks, costs, hours, and other relevant resources for projects, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, when required.Responsible for setting up, managing, and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of company documents.Manage and facilitate document requests, reviews, and submissions.Maintain compliance across project life-cycles.The Successful ApplicantExtensive Document Control Experience.Approachable & Friendly Demeanour.Articulate & Professional Communicator.Strong Work Ethic.Self Directed & Motivated.High Level Attention to Detail.Easy Going, Team Player.Flexible & Adaptable Employee.Proficiency with Document Control Systems (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint).What's on Offer12 Month Fixed Term Contract.Perth CBD Location.Immediate Start.Friendly & Supportive Team Environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
