About us Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years' industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors. Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.
About the project Abergeldie is working with Sydney Water to deliver the Castle Hill Water Resource Recovery Facility Compliance Project. This upgrade is part of a larger initiative to connect three treatment plants in Sydney's North-West, forming the new North West Treatment Hub. The hub will create a more efficient, integrated wastewater system to support growth in the area and help keep local waterways clean.

About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Water Infrastructure team based in Castle Hill. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Working with the project team to ensure contractual compliance.Ensuring standards for maintaining documentation within the Abergeldie data management system are adhered to.Coordinating vendor documentation, drawings, transmittals and engineering deliverables.Maintaining company standards for quality assurance purposes.Controlling the distribution of drawings and documentation in a timely manner.Ensuring document control activities are compliant with Abergeldie's policies, procedures and processes.Providing guidance and advice to project teams and other stakeholders on document control processes and compliance, as required.What you'll bring to the team To be successful in your application you will possess:
Experience working as a Document Controller within the civil construction or related industries on large complex projects.Prior experience with using IN8 or TeamBinderExcellent attention to detail and have proven organizational and time management skills.Proficient and demonstrated skills in the MS Office suite is essential.Why you should work with us Our people are what make Abergeldie successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.
