As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team.
Location Flexible – Sydney or Brisbane About the role
You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with document control requirements and ensure that all documents are properly stored, maintained, filed, and coded in accordance with management systems.
Your duties and responsibilities will include: Commercial and technical documents are effectively managed.Effective coordination of Document control procedural activities like scanning of technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.Data entry into the standard registers to be accurate and up to date.Maintain controlled Document Management System.Liaise effectively with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring controlled copies of latest approved documents & drawings are distributed accordingly.Your skills and experience: Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures.Proficient in using document management systems and software.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
These may include a national criminal history check and a requirement for you to undergo pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screen.
