We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Control Lead to head up the Document Control function for Work Package G (Linewide). Works include tunnel and cross passage fit out, power supply, rail systems, signalling and integration, rolling stock, and depot and maintenance facilities at the Stabling Facility in Heatherton.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Management Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in:Leading a team of project-based Document ControllersWorking closely with project teams to understand business needs to ensure effective information management frameworksPromoting correct document and information management processes and identifying opportunities for improvementProviding guidance and training to staff on document and information management mattersCoordinating the deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of the Information Exchange Systems for projectsDeveloping and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersResourcing backfills for site-based document controllersDeveloping document control related materials including policies, plans, procedures, manuals, and guidelinesThis is a permanent, full-time role. You will work in a hybrid work model with access to flexible working arrangements.Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in leading and managing teamsExpertise in deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning Bentley ProjectWise or other information exchange systemsKnowledge of information exchange processes in the construction environmentKnowledge of business analysis concepts for process requirements and improvementsWell-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skillsStrong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet strict timelines and work under pressureBenefits
