The Program Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for the coordination of our DLAP and My Tracks driver training school programs, which helps drivers achieve their learners and Provisional licenses through the completion of administrative tasks and driver training and mentoring.
The roleRoster staff for driving sessions and allocate vehicles.Ensure KPI's are achieved in DLAP program.Complete regular KPI reporting to the department and senior management.Conduct Pre-Learner Knowledge Assessments at the DLAP office and in schools.Compile and record KPI data in Transport NSW's Salesforce system.Schedule reminder messages for all driving sessions.Assist participants through Service NSW processes such as going for a test or applying for a licence.What is DLAP?The Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP) is a free learning to drive program that makes getting your driver licence accessible for community groups that may have difficulty due to employment, education, family, training, or lack of support.
Funded by Transport for NSW, DLAP can help you learners obtain their driver licence and learn to be a safe, skilled, and legal driver.
To be considered for the role:Have a full driver's licence.Possess high-level administration skills.Be calm and patient.Pass a police check.Pass a working with children clearance.Your application will include the following questions:
