Closing: 16 December 2024 We are seeking a Diving Head Coach to lead and coordinate MLC's Year 7–12 Girls' Sport Victoria (GSV) Diving Program during Term 1. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and guide young athletes in a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive sporting community.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the MLC Diving Team training sessions.Design and deliver training programs and implement a fair selection process for team composition.Mentor and support casual diving coaches, contributing to their professional growth.Coordinate dive selection and prepare the team for GSV competitions.Attend and assist the team during all competitions, ensuring a positive and high-performing environment.The SchoolMLC is a leading independent girls' day and boarding school in the inner east of Melbourne.
