About the role
Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a dynamic healthcare leader with strong experience in providing leadership and management across the healthcare sector, with a focus on compliance with accreditation and relevant standards.
You will need to be a great leader and have sound skills and experience in the management of human, financial and capital resources.
Location is negotiable with the desired location being Orange and Dubbo where our hub departments are located.
The role will provide broad leadership and operational management of the large sterilising centres of Bathurst Orange and Dubbo, and our satellite locations in Cowra, Forbes, Parkes, Bourke and Coonabarabran.
You will be responsible for ensuring all Sterilising Departments operate in compliance with Australian Standards, and be the central contact for all major equipment vendors, including managing the relevant service agreements and asset replacement plans.
