Our diverse range of programs isn't just a list of services; we're leading the charge to break down barriers and foster genuine inclusion and participation in our communities.We're looking for a Distribution Centre Manager to join our Op Shop team based at Blair Athol.So, what's the role?This isn't your average retail job — it's a high-energy, purpose-driven opportunity where fashion, logistics, and community impact come together.As the Distribution Centre Manager, you'll oversee the busy Blair Athol Distribution Centre, the hub of operations for all donations.You'll manage a dedicated team of sorting staff and volunteers, ensuring that clothing, furniture, and bric-a-brac donations are sorted, processed, and distributed to our Op Shops, including our premium Elcies stores in Norwood, Semaphore, and Tanunda.With your sharp eye for quality and keen sense of style, you'll ensure our shops are stocked with top-notch, carefully curated items.You'll also collaborate with our General Manager and Store Managers to drive business growth and ensure our retail operations are seamless.Plus, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Emergency Relief Coordinator and other program managers to ensure that our retail efforts support Lutheran Care's essential Emergency Relief Program.At Lutheran Care, we are all about "changing lives and building communities."Experience in Retail Management and/or extensive experience in the retail/commercial clothing industry.Experience in managing a team / working and understanding the principles of working with volunteers.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a team and autonomously.How to apply?Ready to apply or even just have a chat?
