Disputes Resolution SpecialistJob Description: Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.
The role of the Dispute Resolution Specialist is to act as the representative for DXC throughout the conciliation process.
Required skills, experience and qualifications Previous experience as a Dispute Resolution Manager or Officer (ideally from an insurance, legal or work compensation background).Strong experience in claims management in worker's compensation schemes, particularly Case Management, Eligibility or Technical Management.Strong working knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1987, Medical terminology and the icare scheme.Extremely high level of attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all privacy and records management requirements.Intermediate computer literacy.About DXC DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission critical systems and operations while modernising IT, optimising data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
