As a Display Home Sales Consultant for our esteemed building company, you will be the face of our brand, showcasing our beautifully crafted homes to potential buyers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the home buying journey, and demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our homes. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping clients find their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Welcome and engage with prospective buyers visiting our display homes, building rapport, and understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home designs, floor plans, construction materials, and customization options to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Guided Tours: Conduct informative and engaging tours of our display homes, highlighting key features, design elements, and lifestyle benefits to inspire clients and create an emotional connection.
Sales Process: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, including presenting pricing information, negotiating terms, and facilitating the contract and paperwork.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to generate referrals, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, pricing adjustments, and marketing strategies.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and efficient communication.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the construction process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design, construction, and marketing teams to ensure that display homes are presented impeccably and that sales collateral accurately reflects the quality and features of our homes.
Professional Development: Stay updated on industry developments, attend training sessions, and participate in networking events to enhance your skills and knowledge of the real estate market.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and design trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology tools.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
